Heart Attack - Eric/Sookie
Sparralex
This is a terrific Eric & Sookie Video. It goes back and forth between seasons and shows the angst that the two shared early on, and the developing feelings that Sookie tried so hard to keep from having. The blurred clips are just perfect I believe, to convey that point between them of the dreaminess in the story.

In My Veins [Makers&Children]
ccmrose
First I'd like to point out this is a couple song, but the vidder used it instead for the Vampires of True Blood and their children. The vidder really took to heart the lyrics and matched them perfectly with the right scenes. This is a really sad video, and shows the hardships of being a maker, and the video shows the rules between a Maker and their child/children. The coloring, effects, transitions flow perfectly with the song and clips used. Overall this video was amazing and the song was uniquely used. I really loved it.

Eric Northman - Hurt
Sparralex
Ok, the fact that a Johnny Cash song fit Eric is absolutely amazing! This is a great character study of Eric, of who he is, how he feels, what he has seen being 1000 years old, his relationships with Pam, his child, and progeny. With Sookie, the woman he loves, who is with and loves his vampire enemy, Bill, and with his maker, Godric, who comitted suicide by letting the sun kill him. This was really impressive. This shows exactly how Eric is, and how he reacts to being hurt and betrayed, and heartbroken. He lashes out and is cold, but this video shows he really is misunderstood, and has a lot of suppressed sadness and grief over his murdered family, his maker dying, etc. The clips chosen made the video really stand out. Overall one of the best character studies ever. Everything flowed together wonderfully.

Jason Stackhouse | SEXY BACK
MiissMisery
Who doesn't love Jason Stackhouse?? This video makes you love him more ... the coloring used is fabulous, a bit dreamy, and goes well with the choice of song. Jason was always a bit sexy in his role, and the vidder chose really good clips to incorporate with this video. The timing was totally with the song. Very good bang for the buck..

With My Whole Life
Sparralex
This video is my favorite Sookie and Eric video so far. The song used is a personal fave of mine as well. It fits Eric and Sookie's relationship to a "T". This video's focus was from the POV of Eric and how he feels towards Sookie. I loved the soft effects used in this, and the use of Black and White for most of the video, and certain clips were full colored, almost as if those moments where really important to point out. I loved how the vidder edited some Bill/Sookie scenes to make them look like Eric/Sookie scenes, that was genius, and they were so well done, you would have thought it actually happened that way in the show. I especially loved how the video ended, almost like Sookie broke up with Bill for Eric. Overall I really loved the creativity & originality of this video. Very well done.

Jason/Jessica - Rolling In The Deep

Another really great Jason video - paired with the fabulous Vampire Jessica and you have an A+ hit. Adele's song makes it super. The editing is terrific on this vid. The clips that were chosen are flawless, and go perfectly. Shows just how relentless Jessica can be (as a vampire) and how much the humans desire her. Leaves you wanting more.

The Cave - True Blood
Sparralex
Another Mumford & Sons song used with True Blood. These songs really do seem to fit the show. This is such a wonderful cast video. The opening voiceover really sets the mood for the video, it made everything make sense without having to interpret what the lyrics mean. This video shows the sadness, grief, and the horrible things that happen to the characters to this show. It also shows the friendships and relationships in this video, and how everyone is there for everyone when they really need it. The clip choices matched the lyrics really well, the subtle use of effects and no fancy transition matched this video really well too. Overall this video flowed really beautifully, and is a definite must watch for any True Blood fan.
